This 2-step pub beer cheese is to die for and will be a perfect addition to your next tailgate spread! Not to mention you can put it on almost anything. Brought to us by Delish.

INGREDIENTS

• 2 blocks cream cheese, softened to room temperature
• 2 c. shredded Cheddar
• 1/4 c. beer
• 1 tbsp. chives
• 1 tsp. caraway seeds
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
• Kosher salt
• Freshly ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

• In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
• Garnish with chives and serve with dippers of your choice.
