This policy explains how information submitted through louisbaca.com may be collected and used by Louis Baca and Geneva Financial, LLC in connection with mortgage questions, appointment requests, and loan-related services.

Information you provide

You may provide your name, email, phone number, state, loan purpose, property use, timeframe, realtor status, notes, communication preferences, and consent choices. Do not submit Social Security numbers, account numbers, passwords, or sensitive loan documents through a general website form.

How information is used

Information may be used to respond to your request, schedule and remind you about appointments, provide requested mortgage information, route your inquiry, maintain records, improve the site, measure marketing performance, and comply with applicable law.

Service providers and sharing

Information may be processed by approved providers such as Total Expert, Calendly, Google Analytics 4 when enabled, communications providers, and Geneva Financial systems. Information is not sold through this website. It may be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect legal rights and security.

Analytics and tracking

The site preserves landing-page, referrer, UTM, and advertising click-identifier information with an inquiry so Louis can understand its source. Optional Google Analytics 4 measurement is activated only after you select “Allow analytics.” Analytics events may include page views, application or scheduling clicks, successful form delivery, calls-to-action, and completed Calendly bookings. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and mortgage form answers are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics.

You may select “Use essential only” without affecting the site, forms, scheduling, or secure application links. You can change this choice at any time through “Analytics choices” in the footer. Declining optional analytics does not remove attribution information intentionally submitted with a website inquiry.

Your choices

You may decline optional analytics and text-message consent, opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP, and request changes to communication preferences. Transactional or legally required communications may still be sent when applicable.

Security and retention

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission is guaranteed secure. Information is retained only as needed for the purposes described and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
